We were quite happy with the job they did on our front door and side windows. Also, the design of the stained glass window is beautiful. However, when I called the company to let them know a visible crack in the window, they told me it would cost $65 an hour. In my opinion, this crack is the result of bad workmanship and I should not have to pay an additional cost to have it repaired. This situation has not yet been resolved, and for this reason I am grading low in several areas and am not recommending that other members use this company.
