Peerless Group Inc

The guys at Peerless installed a new dishwasher, range, over the range microwave, washer and dryer for me. They picked up the dishwasher and microwave from Pacific Sales/Best Buy where I had purchased them, delivered them and installed them for me. I initially hired them to install those 2 appliances. They unexpectedly installed the range and the washer and dryer for me because the "installers" from Pacific Sales/Best Buy couldn't/wouldn't/didn't do their job and left me hanging. Jho and his partner totally helped me out, installing the range on the spot, and came back the next day to install the washer and dryer after the other guys left me hanging. The Peerless Group are pros. They are kind, polite, work quickly and efficiently and do the job right from the start. I highly recommend them and will use them for everything related to appliances in the future.

We had a little trouble with our refrigerator after Peerless Group Inc. installed it, but they came back to fix it. They rectified it quickly and at no cost to us.

They were here when they said they would be, were very efficient and didn't make a mess. We also used the company last year to install a dishwasher and were pleased with the service received during that visit too.

Went very well. Very knowledgable and thorough with attention to detail. Also very courteous - because some of their work was kicking up a little dust, one of the workers vacuumed as they worked to minimize the dust spreading around.

Installers were very punctual, and ended up spending considerably more time than anticipated for these installations due to problems encountered with the gas connection, having to modify the tile counter surrounding the range, electrical hookup for the dishwasher, etc. They did a good job and I felt the additional charges necessitated by the problems encountered were reasonable.

The job was well performed quickly about 30 minutes. He measured the cutout dimensions first and made sure the new one would fit within the dimensions. He put the old rug on the kitchen floor before work. After removed the old cooktop, he cleaned and removed the granite counter grease before installed the new one. He and his partner did a good job. By the way, Peerless Group, Inc. was referred to me by San Juan Capistrano Pacific Sales Customer service. I do appreciate their referral.
