I think Lowes was very promt and professional when they installed my water heater. They were very knowledgeable and courteous.. I am satisfied with lowes and will use them again.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THE STORE WAS HORRIBLE. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS AND THE INVENTORY THE STORES REFLECT ARE NOT ACCURATE WHICH CAUSED ME TO DRIVE ALL OVER ORANGE AND LA COUNTIES FOR THE BALANCE OF WHAT THE STORE COULD NOT GET.

THE REASON WE WENT WITH LOWE'S WAS BECAUSE THEY HAD THE BEST PRICE. DURING THE SPECIAL ORDER PROCESS, THINGS WERE ORDERED LATE. THEN THE WRONG DOORS CAME IN. BECAUSE OF ALL THE ISSUES WE HAD, LOWE'S DELIVERED THE DOORS FOR FREE. WE FEEL THEY MET THEIR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION BY OFFERING FREE DELIVERY.
