Vacuum Cleaners
This guy is a complete scam artist. He quoted my wife $40-50 to fix our vacuum, but proceeded to charge her $120. He did the following:
1. Replaced a beater brush on a vacuum that is still under warranty and used only on low pile carpet. There's absolutely no way this was necessary.
2. Replaced a literally brand new belt with one we already owned (was stored in the vacuum) but still charged us for it.
3. Sold us sub-standard paper bags with the explanation that the premium charcoal bags we own are not hypo-allergenic. They are.
4. Removed a cloth coaster from the air passage that was clogging the vacuum. This was indeed the only thing that was wrong with the vacuum in the first place.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this man.

IT WAS NICE TO HAVE LEE COME TO OUR HOME AND TAKE CARE OF OUR VACUUM. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE WAS QUICK WITH THE REPAIR.
