This is the second house we had the exterior painted by Joon. Again, he and his staff did an excellent job. We will continue to hire J & J for our painting needs.

I was very impressed with Joon. From the beginning he was very professional, he really listened to our needs and offered options on how to make the job fit within our budget. He was very prompt with his followup, I got a detailed written estimate the same day. His estimate was not the lowest but we sensed that his work was quality and it was. His customer service is top notch.. His crew was also very professional and respectful. We are very happy with the result and would recommend him to anyone.

The owner is responsive when you call, but it was a bad experience. His uncle was working for him, and couldn't communicate very well. I had asked for two coats on everything that was included in the estimate, and he said it wasn't necessary. He kept trying to argue with me. His was quite a mediocre painter. He would drip paint on the sides of the walls as he was painting something else. I would tell him when that would happen, and he was not happy that I did that.

He was recommended through the Angie's List app, so I was quite disappointed. 
It took him two days. They could've done the painting better and protected more of the surfaces they were painting on. He dripped paint that I had to clean up afterwards. He didn't clean up after himself either. It could've all been done better. It was really annoying because the paint didn't cover the first time. That's why I wanted the second coat. I would stay away from these people.

Joon was excellent. I received several estimates and his was definitely the best price for the amount of work that was performed. He was kind and honest and was able to work around my schedule of getting new windows installed as well. They removed lots of old stone that was attached to the exterior of my house and re-stucco the areas. The paint job was excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very well. Joon, the owner, gave us a quote which he honored even 10 months later when we began the work. Two guys, Juan and Julio, worked for five days to complete the job. They did a lot of prep including caulking, scraping, grinding, and sanding. They even went over and above by sealing up the chimney flashing with tar and also repairing a couple of areas on my sundeck. The bondo repair on my sundeck saved me the added expense of replacing a number of boards. The team is to be commended for the quality of work and responsiveness to my requests as the work was performed. Juan, the foreman, took all of my suggestions to heart performing everything to my expectation. Joon, the owner, came by twice to inspect and ensure that work was performed to our high standards. He was also very responsive to attending to my suggestions. All in all, it was a very good experience for us. Our newly painted house looks great! We would hire them again in a hearbeat.

We are EXTREMELY pleased with the quality of work and final product!!!  Joon was very professional and a great communicator beginning with the estimate all the way through to the final product. His crew was skilled, accommodating and always friendly.  We had repair work, three different colors (and a change) and many requests that were always accommodated and completed as we requested.  We highly recommend Joon and his crew and will use them for any of our future painting needs.  A+ service and quality!

This review is way overdue!  Mr. Joon Chung, who inspected my property and gave me the estimate, was professional and personable.  He was responsive to my concerns and patiently answered all of my questions.
Work began as scheduled, and the crew, headed by Sal, performed diligently and with excellent attention to detail. Extensive repair of stucco and preparation of wood trim and wood  windows, including sanding, caulking and patching, were outstanding!  I chose Benjamin Moore Aura paint in three different colors for stucco, trim, and windows, and I am delighted how well the paint job is holding up.

The house looks AMAZING!!   We have an older home that probably hasn't been painted in over 20 years and needed a lot of stucco and prep work prior to painting.
Met with Joon about six weeks ago to get an estimate and he arrived right on time.   A we walked around the home, Joon was explaining how the home would be prepped and then painted.   Their prep work exceeded what other has stated and I felt very comfortable during our walk/talk.  While our front door and patio cover were in very rough shape, Joon explained that it cost far lees to properly prep and then stain / paint than it would be to replace.  Thinking about that made sense as a new patio cover is many thousands and anew front door would be expensive as well.  IN the end we had them do everything.
Each day during the week the crew arrived early and cleaned up each night.  Except for the plastic on the windows for five days, you would not know they were there.  
The end result is my house looks fabulous!!!   I could not be any happier with the entire project from start to finish.  IN fact my good friend came over and saw how great it looked and she is also calling J&J for an estimate.

The job went very well.  The painters were very professional & took extreme care to prep, tape and cover everything.

The quality was excellent and there was no disruption to me as I work from home.

I had purchased the wrong paint for the French doors but the painter quickly stated that he had a can on the truck that he could use and would leave it with us for later touch ups and he did not charge extra for it.

They cleaned up & bagged their refuse and even brought their own microwave for their lunch.

The only small issue was they did not complete their work the first day and left early but they more than made up for it by working extra the second day.

I was very pleased and plan to use them again.
