Eric is a really nice guy. He listens to what you want to do, makes some helpful suggestions, and then does exactly what you ask him to do. He and his crew were prompt and prepared to start work everyday at 7:15. They protected and prepared the area well before starting work and the cleaned up the mess that they made while doing to work. His crew were skilled, courteous, and hard workers. First, they scraped the popcorn ceiling in the entire downstairs (about 1,800 sq. ft.). Then they had to drill holes through lots of joists in the ceiling to run the electrical wiring for all of my new recessed lights. They installed new switches in some places and reassigned some. They put dimmer switches everywhere that I wanted them. They hung three pendant lights over my bar area. Eric and his crew patched all of the drywall holes, redid the drywall taping, mud, and sanding, as needed, then they textured the ceiling everywhere. I was very happy with the consistency of the texture pattern. I tried to do ceiling texture once myself and it was a disaster, so I appreciate the skill involved. I had Eric leave the priming and painting to me to save some money. Boy, did my neck hurt after I finished with 4 applications of paint to finish the job! The quality of all the work he did was excellent. All in all, Eric and his crew were great. I plan to use his services again soon!

EJR Contractors did a terrific job from following up on my initial inquiry call through to completion. We had a condo in need of significant work in preparation to lease. Eric, owner of EJR Contractors, returned my initial call immediately where we scheduled an appointment to meet. We asked for his input and advice as to what he felt needed to be done, what we should do right now and what could wait. He helped us make carpet, paint, crown molding, lighting, cabinetry and granite counter top selections and showed a knack for choosing tasteful options at a good value. He communicated with us patiently and thoroughly, answering all of our questions and concerns, making suggestions where he felt necessary. He got back to us as promised with a fair estimate and continued to return calls, texts, promptly throughout. All of the work was competed in a timely and professional manner. We are extremely pleased with the finished product and found Eric a pleasure to work with. Even in the case that something took more time or work than estimated, Eric stuck to his initial estimate, a true sign of his commitment to his clients. We found him to be a true professional!

OMG - Eric was awesome! I had 3 other estimates from contractors to come out and fix a foundation issue with my home. We are on a deadline and it had to be done this last week so we could close next week. Eric's price was very competitive and he oversaw the work personally. He took pictures and emailed them to me as the work progressed and also sent them to the bank to show them it was done correctly. He went above and beyond on this job and is one of the nicest people we have ever met!
