DVO is a full service residential general contractor. We design-build and service post construction providing our clients industry leading solutions to realize their construction needs while providing highest quality of client's service. We oversee projects at all stages from conceptual, planning/design, pre-construction, construction, and post construction. Design-Build is an innovative process that streamlines traditional Design-Bid-Build issues. Under Design-Build, the Architect and General Contractor become one at the conceptual stage, planning, designing and managing projects as a team effort. Advantages of the Design-Build include reduced construction time and cost. Construction time reduced, as construction management can start concurrently during the design stage. The design and construction team can work together to find efficient solutions, reducing project cost and schedule. Common issues can be avoided when the general contractor is one of the key player of the project team from the conceptual phase. Value engineering can play a major factor where innovative solutions are created, with the client desires are met and exceeded.

floors in the work area were well covered and protected. Any trash and debris were removed from our home. They were in contact with us daily and provided excellent suggestions to make sure we understood and cleaned up everyday. The job was finished
