The floor went in nicely and Carroll's installers came back to finish so that the job could be done right. We had to have our tile installed around the fireplace before they could finish the baseboard and Carroll's was very accommodative.

Great, we had some unexpected foundation delays, They held our materials until we were able to accept. They worked with us and the floor installation was fast and professional.

Excellent. They are very efficient and very helpful with the selection of the flooring. Installation and clean up was very timely and the flooring looks wonderful.

Overall, I think it went as well as could be expected. Putting in new floors is always going to be disruptive since rooms have to be cleared of almost all furniture etc. They were courteous and at the end of each day they left it as clean as could be expected. I would have no problem recommending them to friends and family. We found them thru a family recommendation after all.

Carroll’s flooring did a phenomenal job! So much so that I even had them install LVT in my mother’s house just a few months ago. They are kind and professional. The guys cleaned up after their work day and finished the job on time.
