Cali Air Conditioning

I have been trying to get in touch with him for the past few days to service the AC unit before the warranty is up. He was supposed to come on the 17th in the morning. He never showed, I called an hour later and he rescheduled for 2pm. Again, he didn’t call or show. I rescheduled with him for later that day at 5pm, again no show. He then told me he would be there at 6:45, he finally arrived after not showing up for three scheduled appointments. He just looked around at the condensing unit and checked the temperature. He turned on the AC and checked the temperature of each of the rooms and the evaporator in the attic. He concluded that there’s a leak and a lack of Freon for which he didn’t bring any tools or parts to fix the problem. I called him on Wednesday to have him come back out to fix the leak, however he has been dodging my calls ever since. I will be filing a claim against his license.
