Went Smooth and good overall. They did try to up sell me which was slightly annoying but they dropped the subject when they realized i was not going to do it. I think most carpet cleaners are also salesmen. It helped that the only other flooring in the house was tile and not in need of any cleaning. I would use them again, they were pretty no-nonsense in comparison to some of the other stanley steamers I have used in the past.

THEY WERE DRESSED IN UNIFORMS, VERY CLEAN, AND COURTEOUS. THE CARPET WASN'T LEFT REAL WET LIKE OTHERS SOMETIMES DO. THEY WERE ON TIME. THE PRICE WAS VERY FAIR. THE APARTMENTS I LIVE IN USE THEM ON A REGULAR BASIS.
