THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY FIXED IT. IT HAS WORKED EVER SINCE. I CANNOT COMPLAIN. HE WAS YOUR AVERAGE FIX-IT GUY. HE CAME IN AND ASKED WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS, FIXED IT, AND LEFT.

WE HAVE USED AFFORDABLE DIRECT MAYTAG SEVERAL TIMES FOR DIFFERENT REASONS IN REGARDS TO OUR WASHER AND DRYER. THE TECHNICIAN IS ALWAYS PRECISE IN EXPLAINING THE PROBLEMS THAT IS OCCURRING. HE HAS BEEN VERY NEAT WHEN WORKING AND CLEANING UP AFTER HIMSELF.
