We have used them for a long time. They do a good job.

Their service is excellent. I have been going to them for the past 20 years. They are very honest, very forthright, and they don't overcharge me. I don't have them do things that don't need to be done. They are looking out for my best interests. They are good. I use them all the time and I referred people to them too.

They are very responsive and take care of things right away. They are always training and updating their staff members. They also have an online notification that lets you know when your car needs to be serviced.

My Honda Accord has over 120,000 miles on it, and I have used Westlake Independent for all of its maintenance for years. They do an excellent job, and treat customers with respect. They tell you when something needs to be done and when something DOESN'T need to be done. They provide transportation home and pick you up when your car is finished. They seem to be a bit more expensive than some other places, but it is worth it to me to have my car worked on by people I trust.

We've been Honda owners since the 1980s and ever since moving to the Conejo Valley (over 20 years ago), we've been taking our cars to Westlake Independent Honda for all maintenance - routine and otherwise.
They are a family-owned operation and it shows in everything, from the warm way they greet us to the care and attention they put into servicing our cars.
Their prices are excellent; far more reasonable than the local Honda dealer. And, they are specialists in all Acura and Honda vehicles. We have always driven away satisfied with their work and for that, they have earned our trust and repeat business.

The work was $200 for my car and $40 for the oil change. They are honest. If they say they did something then we know that they did it correctly. If we have a question they will take time to figure it out and they don't charge to investigate. They are not the cheapest but we definitely trust them. We are happy with them. The mechanics are good and we really like them. We've had no problems.

The price was very reasonable. They are just great, clean and efficient. I trust them implicitly. They always diagnose the problem and always fix it. I don't have to return with the same problem.

Westlake Indendent Honda has been working on our cars for over two years and their service has always been outstanding in all aspects from little to big jobs. Chad, one of the service writers, has always been honest and trustworthy. He once told us we did not need new struts when we thought it might. He could have easily just done it and charged us, but instead put honesty and professionalism over making a profit.

I felt I was being oversold for additional services. Bruce Nation and his other employee were well mannered but they were telling me that I needed 'their 10,000 mile service'' which included checking other fluids and parts of the car. With this comes a slightly higher price which I was not going to pay nor did I really need. I chose to follow the Honda Manual and just get the oil change and tire rotation which they did a fine job except that the actual person who did the service never seems to clean up the oil under the car (this was my 2nd time bringing the car to them). I had to go under the car and use an old towel to clean up their mess at home after I saw oil dripping on my driveway.
