I was truly impressed by William's professionalism. He was extremely honest, (he corrected me on the amount I owed him because some work had ended up being easier in the process), he listened attentively (and patiently) to all my requests, and provided excellent advice and solutions. His team built a great corner drawer. He responded quickly to all my calls and sent me very detailed emails about the work that was being completed. I will definitely call him when I feel ready to start my bathroom remodel. I have already shown him the bathroom and I was impressed by his ideas and suggestions.

It went very well. Once we found a day they could start, they were here when promised, and they finished on time. Communicated via email and kept me up to date when I was out of town, and my wife was home.
