The tech showed up on time, installed the new Dell PC, transferred my documents from the old computer, and connected my two printers. There were no issues!. The PC worked great from the start, so I am happy client.

I contacted Urban IT late on Friday, 08/31/2012, and told Brian that all of our PCs were unable to connect to the Internet and we could not get emails from our clients. Brian came out on Saturday, traced the issue to a malfunctioning router, replaced it and got our Internet going again. I am very grateful for his dedication and quick response. To me, it was imperative to have all of our computer systems up and running right after the Labor Day weekend. Once again, I recommend Urban IT to any business that requires fast, reasonable, and professional service!!!!

After our Dell server crashed, I searched online for a computer repair place in the Woodland Hills area. Fortunately, I found Urban IT. They did an excellent job of quickly identifying the part that failed and did a temporarily fix so we can continue to work. Brian, the owner of Urban IT, personally diagnosed the problem, ordered a replacement part from Dell, who shipped the part overnight. The next day we were fully up and running and I just want to express my gratitude for the quick response. Brian was also able to install a wireless network at my home so I can use my iMac and throughout the house. He also configured my iPhone so I can get emails. I absolutely recommend Urban IT.
