Stereo and Home Theater System Service

Had a Crestron system installed in our home, connecting it to our existing components. Installation was done by boys who admitted they knew NOTHING about stereo components or sound systems; rather, they were just guys who knew how to run wires. System was added to outdoor patio area, but was not waterproof, thus, it promptly broke. I was blamed for all of their incompetency like I was supposed to know that the keypads were not waterproof. When the 52" Sanyo television stopped working, I was told to unplug it for 24 hours and it would start working again -- which it did, but it continued to stop working until I had to replace it. I am now looking for another company to try to re-do what Sound Environment installed without having to spend an additional $30,000. Do not use them! Please!?
