He did an excellent job. Another carpet cleaner had previously cleaned our home, and he left black lines on the stairs. When Randy cleaned the carpets had a bright clean finished. He worked so well with my schedule. He had to wait for another service provider to finished the work, and he was so good about that. If you leave a message he will call you back, but it might take a little bit of time, because he might be cleaning carpets.
