- received bill from the bank servicing the loan before I even got the funds transferred to my account.
- promises to call to give me an update and of course I don't get a call but rather chase them to update me.
-asks me to date paperwork a week before the current date as they did not contact me to sign the paperwork when they were actually ready.
- signed me up with a homeowners insurance that I never authorized and paid them (I found out later)
-etc, etc, etc....
Unbelievable on multiple fronts, I have no clue how they can sustain rather start a business this way. You have to literally beg for information. If I had to start a business this would be the prime example of how NOT to do it!
