ORDERED AND INSTALLED THE SOFTWARE ON FRIDAY EVE/SATURDAY AFTERNOON. ON SUNDAY AND MONDAY I REPEATEDLY ATTEMPTED TO ACCESS THE INTERNET VIA THEIR SERVICE AND COULD NOT CONNECT BECAUSE ALL 15 ACCESS NUMBERS IN MY AREA WERE BUSY. I CALLED ON MONDAY AFTERNOON TO CANCEL THE ACCOUNT AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD COST $25 TO CANCEL THE ACCOUNT. I EXPLAINED THAT I WAS CANCELING BECAUSE I COULD NOT CONNECT TO THE INTERNET, AND WAS BASICALLY TOLD THAT THEY COULD NOT HELP ME AND THERE WAS A $25 CHARGE. I AM DISPUTING ANY CHARGES WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND REPORTING IT TO YOU AND THE BBB SO OTHERS MAY SAVE THEMSELVES THE TROUBLE.
