Service was slow and poor. I cancelled my account with them and they're still taking money out of my bank account after I was promised that it would not occur again. I have phoned them on several occasions about this and they are still taking money from my account. Their service is slow and poor and the customer service representatives act like they don't know what's going on when it comes to money being withdrawn that doesn't belong to them. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. They are a complete ripoff and should NOT be in business. They are crooks, robbers, and thieves because they take money that isn't theirs. Once they have your checking information, they keep robbing you online electronically and that's not right.

VERY HARD TO CANCEL SERVICE. NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH A HUMAN. I THOUGHT I'D CANCELED THE SERVICE, BUT THEY KEPT BILLING ME.
