Darren was incredible and did his work in less than an hour. I thought for sure it would take a couple of hours. Everything worked to perfection and I couldn't be happier. He is not the least expensive computer expert out there but he is definitely one of the best I have come across in years. I have used Geek Squad and countless others but I will definitely turn to Darren now for any kind of troubleshooting.
