Very disappointed with our experience with MJN Design. We began a 250K+ backyard remodel 2/15. By 6/30/15 we had three designs provided, trees trimmed and our property surveyed and staked. Yes, in 5 months we had approximately 5 days of actual on site work done. Calls went unanswered and e-mails were delayed in being responded to. When we fired this company, we received an apology, stating that the owner just got overly busy, It all felt extremely unethical to us and we regret having ever contacted MJN Design.
