JRP Design & Remodel

I recently contacted JRP Design and Remodel for a project quote after receiving a glowing review from a friend. Unfortunately, I had a rather unpleasant experience. When I called in to schedule an appointment I was connected to their designer, Danielle. She was very friendly and took notes during our conversation. We had a bit of trouble finding a time to meet in person but eventually I decided to take an afternoon off of work so I could meet her before heading out for a week on vacation. On the day of the appointment, Danielle arrived 20 minutes late. Being late is a huge pet peeve of mine and I was a bit irked she didn't seem too apologetic. But things happen so I let it go. During the appointment Danielle was very friendly and made some good suggestions for our remodel. At the end of the appointment she agreed to get back to me with a preliminary quote the next week. It has now been 17 days and I have not received a quote or any other correspondance for that matter. I am very disappointed in the level of service I received especially since my friend had such a great experience. Had the quote been within our price range we would have most likely hired JRP for our project but unfortunately they were not interested in the job.

JRP Design and Remodel came out and gave me an estimate. They did a very good install job. We had some stairs that needed to get customized flooring for the wood and they did a really good job on it.
