Heating and Air Conditioning Service
This guy was referred to us by realtors. This work was done almost a year ago after we moved in. They left a huge pile of metal scraps, boxes, various extra's from their job on the side of our house and shoved the rest in our recycle bins, leaving no room for our household goods. They scraped brand new wood floors without taking precaution. They didn't even acknowledge or offer to repair the scrape (which included a white streak). Also, he put the wrong size coil on the furnace for adding A/C. These are all unprofessional errors in my opinion. On our receipt for the work, there's absolutely no indication of materials vs. labor charges. He also didn't even bother with permits after we asked. He made excuses so he didn't have to do it. This time, I'm investigating everyone that gives my A/C estimates as we are having that work done now. He used cheap parts, charged 3 times what he should have for the labor done. Unacceptable.
