Paul is so helpful. He spent a lot of time answering my questions on the workings of my spa and equipment. Then found that the auto fill was not working. He has since taken calls from me for help and advice on other things related to the pool and even some help with my pond. I will only go to him for spa help. Earlier he drained my pool and did an acid bath. It's a built in spa that looks like a mini pool. I highly recommend Paul and will use him again.

We have an above ground spa that has leaks and needs new motor and filtration system. They were very responsive when we called. The owner came by to evaluate repairs within one hour of my call. He explained that repairs they would do would cost more than value of spa and that leak problem, if could be fixed, would cost even more. He never pushed expensive repairs and was honest and straight forward about costs. Since costs exceeded value of spa, we decided not to repair the spa, but get rid of it. They did not even change me for the time to come out for evaluation.
