The staff of S R Moving & Storage was unperturbed. The work was slow, they really seemed unable to remove furniture, they seemed completely at a loss as to how to remove the furniture from some of the rooms. They charged me almost 2 hours more. The were very unresponsive, I called and they were supposed to get back to me and I never got any resolve from them. I would never use them again.
