Great. Perry and Jina are a great duo and truly compliment each other-plus they're very nice people to work with. But mostly, we appreciated their savvy and knowledge of the market to help us determine when to ask for things and when to back off during the perilous escrow months in a very confusing and chaotic economic environment. Perry's years of experience in West Sac pay off handsomely because he knows who to call and how to work with so many people. We appreciate Perry's ability to work successfully with so many people we needed to be involved in this complex process. We appreciated that they based their commission on the net selling price AFTER 'give backs' to the buyer, so we saved money there. I wanted to note that we used Perry and Jina when we first bought the property 5 years ago. They were likewise great and though we had alternatives that would not have charged us the standard 6% commission, we decided to go with them for the sale. We could not have made a better decision since it seemed like things could have fallen apart at several points, and at several points we thought we wanted things to fall apart but in retrospect we are very happy we stuck with this buyer-the market only got worse. His steady hand saved us. I should note that we first found Perry and Jina through a referral from another agent in Woodland (where we live) who worked for another agency. The agent we talked to was a dud, and Perry and Jina's reputations were clearly established outside their own agency (Lyon).
