I was so impressed with John Parks and his team of electricians! We met them through and quot;Kitchen Crashersand quot; and where continuously amazed at their hard work, professionalism and responsiveness. After the work for the show was finished, we hired them to replace our old electrical panel. We already had a solid electrician but found he had moved out of the area. It was a no brainier for us! At the same time we were also having our HVAC system installed. The HVAC kept throwing the breaker. One call to John and he had someone out there that afternoon. Turns out the proper wire hadn't been installed when the HVAC system went up but John's crew fixed the issue at no charge-and it wasn't even their fault to begin with!! And on top of that he gave my husband a tee shirt! GREAT PEOPLE! All I can say is that Park's Electric is a class act and we will be hiring them for ANY electrical needs in the future!

They were excellent. They were prompt, they did a good installation and when I had an issue with the ceiling fan and they came out to re install a new ceiling fan and an additional light switch with no charge.

I had John Parks electric install a ceiling fan in my living room and pendant lights in my kitchen. They did an excellent job. The pendant lights I had were pretty large and the install guys properly reinforced the lights and set them up at the perfect height. This required some cutting through the ceiling from the attic.
After installing my ceiling fan, I noticed a slight bend that caused the fan to wobble a bit. This was a manufacturing defect not an issue with the install. I scheduled a a time for Parks electric to come out and replace the ceiling fan. They replaced the fan and took the time after the re-install to put in a timing switch for me. They did not charge me for the re-install. This install was part of an interior design consultation and parks electric was the recommended electric company.

John and the crew really know what they are doing! They are certified professionals who take pride in their work, are unfailingly pleasant to deal with, and provide high-quality results at a reasonable price. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
