The quality of service was good and they were very good in responsiveness. The punctuality was fair, as they had someone calling and fix an appointment and if they were late, there was someone to follow through. Their professionalism was good, too. I will continue to use them in future.

I would never hire them again. The individual who came was not friendly. He came to a conclusion that there was nothing going on. He was even surprised that we wanted some precautionary measures like spraying.
