The two-woman crew had difficulty finding the location and we had several phone calls to try to guide them to the correct place. But once they arrived, they made magic. Before he died recently, our father had lived in this apartment for 20 years. He had done almost no cleaning and the apartment was a disaster area. The property manager asked the cleaning crew from Nance Professional Services/Michelle's Comfort Cleaning, whom we hired, to focus on the kitchen, bathroom, and windows. It was unbelievable what they were able to do in 2-3 hours. Despite the grime that had accumulated over the decades, the parts they cleaned looked almost ready to move in (the property manager will probably replace some pieces even though the cleaners made them look quite presentable).
The crew were conscientious and hard-working. I highly recommend this service.
