It was a great experience! The work was done to perfection! He was right on time for the estimate and the days that he was working. It took 3 days to complete - one day for removal of the linoleum and application of anti-crack membrane, the next day to set the tile and the third day to put the grout in and reinstall the toilet and washer and dryer. His follow-up a few days later to make sure there were no other concerns was very professional. I'm going to use him again for installing slate in an area in my backyard. Other contractors that I received estimates from were late and wanted to take shortcuts like installing the tile over the linoleum.
