MASTER TREE CARE

They were very punctual and professional. The job was completely quickly and clean up was great.

Master Tree Care was the first (and lowest) bid I obtained. I gave them "A" in all rating categories. In addition, they had a certified arborist on the crew, answered the many questions I asked, and the entire crew were friendly (but professional). 

When the crew was at my home I had not made a decision as to what I wanted to do with some very ugly bushes. I have now decided and will be contacting Master Tree soon to have them do that job also.

We were pretty sure our birch tree was dead, so we called Master Tree Care, and they sent an arborist to look at it.  Yep......the tree was dead.   We agreed on a price, and scheduled a day to remove it.
The day of the service, the crew was on time, and the arborist came out with them, initially.  Everyone was nice, and they did a good job.  Kind of interesting to watch the man who climbed the tree in our yard, and our neighbor's yard.  Very skilled. 
They cleaned up after themselves, and the arborist came out again, when they were finishing the job.  Everything went well, and we're happy with the results.  It seemed a little expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for.
We would be comfortable using Master Tree Care again, and would recommend them.

Overall: They were courteous, knowledgable, did an exellent job prunning, and cleaned up completely before they left.  
Experience: They came out, discussed my trees with me, and provided a free estimate prior to the day of the job.  I felt that my opinon was respected and that we jointly made the decisions about the work which needed for each tree.  When I was ready, I called and scheduled the work.
On the appointed day they arrived exactly on time and began work promptly.  I had an opportunity to again speak with the arborist doing the work, and my specific requests and concerns were respected and honored.
I left while they were still working and when I returned home the yard was perfectly cleaned up - as if they had never been there (other than the trees all being pruned).

I decided to use Master Tree Care this year because the work was
overseen by an arborist. Ken and his crew showed up on time and went
right to work. I have two very tall fan palms in my backyard. They are
too far from the street to use the cherry picker so one of the guys had
to climb the tree. I think it took him less than 20 minutes to do both
trees. It's always tense because my neighbor gets kinda crazy when
stuff goes into his yard. After a rocky start with the neighbor things
settled down and they carried on, then cleaned up both neighbors yards.
After the fan palms were done they cleaned up some queen palms, yukkas
and a guava tree. I also had them do some work in the front yard.
They followed all my instructions and consulted with all the way. All
the debris was hauled off. My yards look great. I'm very impressed
with the quality of the work. I can definitely recommend recommend
Master Tree Care.

They had very good prices. The crew was polite and they cleaned everything up after themselves.

Came when expected both times (once for an estimate and once to do the work). I've used them before and will use them again. I had 6 trees pruned, including three birches that had gotten out of hand and had mistletoe infestation. They asked questions, asked me to check their work along the way to make sure I was satisfied, and acted on it the one time I had a suggestion about an overhang to my neighbor's yard. I was very satisfied. They're not the cheapest, but you get an arborist running things and all the workers were very professional and respectful.

This is my third house I have used their services for. They have great abrosistes, Overall their services are great. I would recommend their services.

They did a good job at a reasonable price. They did recommend some people to me that were really bad, so I wouldn't use any of them for work.

They helped trim some trees. I thought they were prompt and they provided us with what we needed.

They did the job, but I wasn't too happy with them, and I kind of got into a quarrel with them. They did reduce the price, but it wasn't easy. They gave me a quote, and I am no arborist, so I agreed to it. I watched them cut this tree limb down, and it took them about 15 minutes, and they charged me about $300. It was a lot of money, and the workers also agreed that it was. The quality of their work was good. I don't even think they are in business anymore unless they have changed their location. I would not use them again in the future.

They did a really good job and estimate was very reasonable.

Dave came out to our house the day of the storm to give us a quote. The next day they came out and chopped up the tree. We asked them to leave us some firewood and the wood chips for mulch. They cleaned up after themselves very neatly. They came back to grind the stumps when the ground was a little drier. In the distant past, we had received a quote from Master Tree Care do some general hedge trimming and minor pruning, however, the owner told us not to use Master Tree Care because they were too expensive (because of their insurance) for work that did not involve heights. So I felt very confident that they would give a fair price in an emergency.

They do very good work and I am pleased with them. They are very nice and very professional. They did a good job chopping this tree down and I have no complaints at all.

My call requesting an estimate was returned in one day. Estimate and work were completed within a reasonable period of time. John was knowledgeable and quoted a fair price. Work crew was polite, efficient and cleaned up well after themselves.

Timely, reasonably priced, professionally done. I have lots of horticultural experience (which makes me a very picky consumer of professional pruning jobs), and the folks at Master Tree Care did the job well and to my specifications.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD EXCEPT FOR THE PRICE. I THINK THIS COMPANY CHARGED A LITTLE BIT TOO MUCH FOR THE WORK THAT THEY PERFORMED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
