My Lyon realtor stuck with me for years in looking for a home. Yes, years. Finally a home that was exactly what I wanted came up on a and quot;soft marketand quot; listing. Given that it was a short-sale it quickly become complicated and Terri Alemeda with Lyon organized it all for me. At one point the loan company came back and said we want you to repair several items (one being a small roofing job on a porch). The finance company gave us two business days! This was a Thursday late afternoon. Terri had a roofer out and the job completed by the next day! Hope to never have to buy another house again, but would certainly us Terri and Lyon. Best experience ever.
