Bill was just invaluable in keeping my project on track and keeping me sane during the extensive renovation of an almost 60-year old home. He gave me a good solid idea of how far my money would go, what to prioritize to get the biggest value, what kinds of things to consider as far as how to deal old plumbing and electrical systems.
