Happy with the services provided by bullseye. They were highly recommended by another outfit local to us in woodland and understand why. They were knowledgeable and were able to narrow down the issue.

This company was recommended to me by my irrigation specialist, when installing new irrigation system ran into complications. The previous irrigation lines were leaking under the concrete patio & need to be fixed before the new installation could be tested & completed. Initially, Adrian was scheduled to identify the leak & provide an estimate. He showed up an hour late & forced me to cancel 2 scheduled appointments for my work. He identified the leak & we agreed on the pricing to book the job, at a later date. Zack performed the work [cutting out the concrete] to make the repair, fixing & capping 2 leaks. To his credit, he included the 2nd leak with the job. Upon completion, he tested the system & there was some water pooling at 2 sprinkler heads located at the lowest point of the yard. Also he noticed "hissing" coming from the valves. He indicated that it's an issue that my irrigation contractor has to warranty. As it was proven later, Zack used the wrong equipment for the job - instead a pipe cutter, he used a saw, putting debris back into the lines. When my irrigation contractor came out to finish the install, he tested the system & identified that the fix was sloppy. He said the valves needed to be flushed out, once the debris was put into the lines & was something that Bullseye should've done to complete their testing. I requested that Bullseye warranty their work & the Office Manager forwarded me Zack's contact info & he didn't return my calls. I had to escalate to Dan [I'm presuming he's the owner] & he came out to check the work & his testing concluded that the pooling water was a sprinkler line issue, not his repair. Now I'm in the middle of the warranty dispute between these contractors & told both of them to get it resolved. Bullseye then sent out Ivan to work this problem. He dug a hole by the pooling water to see if there was a separate leak coming from the pool. Ivan was professional & willing, but very sloppy. He unscrewed a valve when testing & didn't assemble it properly & also left the water spout running - both of which resulted in flooding. After a [reported] contentious conversation, with Bullseye, the irrigation contractor was back out again & easily identified that the debris created by the initial fix, damaged the diaphragm in the new & old valves, which needed replacing. The old valves also needed closing, which fixed the issue. These were things that should've been done by Zack, at the conclusion of the initial job. In conclusion, although Bullseye were willing, I'm not confident in their quality or competence.

A technician from bullseye came to my home two weeks ago to find a leak in my pool. After little research he said it was leaking around the skimmer since that is now where the waterline is. Charged me $175.00 and scheduled repairs for $900.00 the following week. After showing up over two hours past the appointment time I informed the technician the water has fallen below the skimmer by two inches and to keep looking for the leak. He started at 3:00 then at 3:30 said he would have to come back. We scheduled for Monday, after the appointment time I get a call that his truck "broker down" and they would have to reschedule with the first appointment being the following Friday (two weeks since I originally had them out). Meanwhile the office is emailing me with later times for the appointment which I explain they will not be able to work in the dark. They said for sure by 1:30, he showed up at 2:00. So when they finally got to my home on Friday a different technician came to which I had to explain everything to. He looked around and said it will take two people we have to reschedule. I asked him to leave and never come back. I called and asked for a refund we will see if it comes. I took 3 half days off from work now and still have a leak. I use Yelp to help me find qualified services, so I wanted to let you know to not use this company! Good luck with your leak I know how frustrating it is.

I called with a broken valve that was barely holding the water from flowing into the pool unchecked. The plumber was assigned to me to come late that day . He came on time , he went to purchase some parts he did not have, was back in minutes. He cut and replaced parts and added a cut off valve where I asked him to put one. He was polite and did not waste a minute .

They were great. Hard workers. When I received their findings I was told I did not have to go with their company for the repairs. I could certainly get estimates from other companies. I stayed with Bullseye for the repairs as they were very professional and thorough. They were pricey but well worth it.
The leak was several feet underground and they had to cut out cement. It was a very hot day and they spent the majority of the day working on it. Cleaned everything up.
Friendly and diligent.

The fist visit was positive he found a leaky pipe underground near our house. That visit was $300. I thought well worth it.
So I wanted them do the repairs. He quoted $895 to dig up the pipe and make to make repairs. An additional $660 if they had to dig up any concrete. Then they would patch concrete if necessary. I thought this was high, but was happy with leak detection. The next week the man doing the repair came by on time and very professional. He dug up the area. When I saw it was a simple PVC pipe I was really surprised. I thought this was a big job, copper pipe, maybe welding. I asked him to stop the work. I could not see paying $895 for a $50 fix. He was very nice stopped working and call his boss. They charged me $200.00 for the service call. My
garden person fixed it that afternoon and charged me $50.

The Bullseye analysis concluded that the water was not coming from any of my water lines but instead was being caused by water traveling down from a neighbor's uphill property.
It developed that the neighbor could not determine a cause from their property. I contacted my water company (CHWD) and asked them to take a look. They poked around a bit, analyzed the situation, concluded that a water pipe must exist immediately under the wet spot, and dug a hole to confirm. Sure enough, the source of the leak was in fact one of my own water pipes.
I contacted Bullseye and explained the circumstance. Two days later, a check for a full refund arrived in the mail. They could not have been more pleasant or honest. I believe that this is a business you can trust.

Daniel did a great job isolating 2 issues with my pool. The 1st was the in floor system - I had plugged it off using test plugs, but these were still leaking. The 2nd issue was 2 hairline cracks in my spa - the seat underneath had become hollow due to the water leaking through the spa.
My experience with Bullseye was great as he was the 1st person to find the spa leak - I have had 4 other leak detection companies look into this. Also, he came with all the equipment needed to inspect. I have had other companies come in with broken equipment or not having the right items. I have had other companies leave with me no clue as to the issue.
With Bullseye, I got my monies worth and had a solid idea of what the next step was.
I would definitely recommend Bullseye 1st for pool leak issues.

The Bullseye employee was very profeesional and on-time. The leak repair seems to have sealed the leak to some extent. I still notice a less amount of water loss but not as much as before. I may redo the leak test once the water warms up and re-apply the epoxy if necessary.

We had been experiencing very high water bills on a house we moved into in the past year and a plumbing company under contract with American Home Shield came and "detected" a leak under the slab in our kitchen. They came back a couple of weeks later to jackhammer through our kitchen flooring (replacement estimate for flooring alone was $5,000.00), instructed us to rip out our
cabinets for more access for them and said they may have to cut through a wall also. We were not comfortable with them and asked them to leave and send a supervisor. The supervisor looked at our floor and agreed that it was very undesirable to ruin it and suggested that we instead call a local company who might have experience with our model of home and install replacement lines in the attic to preserve the floor. Fortunately we called Bullseye Leak Detection and found that in fact we had NO LEAK under the slab, but needed a new water softener and to replace a gasket in a toilet and a gasket in two sprinklers.
I would recommend Bullseye Leak Detection to anyone without hesitation and if possible to rate them A+, would do so.

From my first call for information to the follow-up call to schedule the repair every interaction with Bullseye was professional and friendly. The two different ladies who answered the phone and did the scheduling were excellent. The man who came to my house to find the leak (Daniel) was on time (actually 10 minutes early), profession, friendly, and exuded competence. He methodically isolated the various lines (I have 7 lines running between the pool/spa and the filtration equipment) and found the culprit. It all took about an hour. After the leak was found, which was large enough that we could hear the CO2 he had pumped into the line hissing through the ground, he marked it and gave me an estimate to repair it. It cost $375 for the leak detection service.
I am no great handyman let alone a plumber but I can do simple PVC repairs, so I thought about just doing the work by myself. I am glad I didn't. I decided to have Bullseye do the repair instead, which involved cutting out an area of my lawn, digging down through the clay and watery muck to expose the leaking pipe, making the repair, and putting it all back together again. The quoted estimate for the repair was a fairly narrow range. The price turned out to be $550.
As I mentioned, I'm glad I decided to pay to have the job done. First, this was in August and it was HOT. The digging took hours in heat, and the water-soaked clay was heavy. Then, when the pipes were finally exposed, there were four pipes all within 1 inch of each other. Had I got that far without throwing out my back or worse, I would have needed a plumber to make the fix anyway because I wouldn't have been able to do the repair. There just wasn't enough room in the hole or with other pipes laying so close to the leaking pipe.
The Bullseye man made the repair, refilled the hole, and fixed the sod. He did an excellent job! I wouldn't hesitate to call Bullseye the next time I have a leak.

They weren't able to detect the pool leak after trying for four days. They were very professional and tried very hard but unable to detect the leak and returned my money. I hired another company which also took 4 attempts to find the leak but were able to find the leak.

we had a suspected leak in one of the water lines under the slab floor in our house. Armstrong Plumbing recommended Bullseye and we contacted them directly. They did an excellent job detecting and pinpointing the leak, which was not only under a slab floor but also under a hardwood floor. (So we needed a very precise location before raking up the flooring and jackhammering the slab.). The first technician spent a long time Che ing all possibilities for the leak using a variety of detection devices. But he wanted to be sure so the owner came on a subsequent day and spent over an hour looking for the leak. They pinpointed it exactly and we were able to remove flooring & concrete in a very small area (about 2 sq. ft.) and successfully repair the copper pipe below.

Bullseye Leak Detection was recommended both by fellow-subscribers to Angie's List, and by a pool service (not mine) owner who was advising me on remedies for a mysterious vanishing water level. Bullseye promptly sent a diagnostician, who worked courteously, thoroughly and efficiently to find the leak (happily not in the underground piping!). He did not hustle me for the repair business, but explained what needed to be done and, on my request, affirmed Bullseye could do it. I called for repair, and another technician was on the job the next day, a very hot one, working long with no complaints and utmost courtesy and good humor. He not only repaired the faulty area (involving refilling the cavity around the skimmer worn away by the leakage, then sealing the inside joint), but improved the finish on the external skimmer joint with the deck to eliminate sharp and worn edges. Since then there has been no abnormal water loss and the skimmer functions smoothly. Bullseye was an all-around fine experience for me.

We noticed that the water in the hall bathroom was always warm and began to think there might be a hot water leak. We called in a plumber from On The Ritz Plumbing and he said there was a leak but he didn't know exactly where the leak was or how deep it was and suggested we call in Bullseye Leak Detection and have him diagnose where the leak was. Daniel found where the leak was and checked for other leaks in the house; luckily the leak was just in the hall bathroom. He was on time, courteous and very professional and knew what he was doing. We would use his services again if we needed to. Jean Spratt

Possible leak in slab construction. tech came over and was unable to pin down exact point of leak in slab. Owner came by day later and performed detection. Leak detection was inconclusive and was advised to wait for leak to expand before final determination is made. We are currently living with leak and may have to get them or another leak detection service to provide another more conclusive detection.
Response from BULLSEYE LEAK DETECTION
"Thanks for your review. We just want to clarify what happened during this leak detection. The leak was tricky and appeared to be plugging itself. A senior technician made the initial inspection and could not get consistent leak signals. When the owner came out a day later, he marked the most consistent leak signals "at the bedroom wall... may be under the wall... 3' deep." We returned a third time and confirmed this location. Then we returned a fourth time and confirmed this location. The problem was that the plumber (not associated with our company) refused to jackhammer into the foundation to access the leak. When the location we marked was finally opened, the leak was found to be encased in the concrete footing under the slab, explaining the complexity of this particular leak. Our location was accurate. We only charged for the initial leak detection. We make every effort to precisely locate leaks. Our equipment is top of the line but does not provide "x-rays" of what lies behind walls or underground. We rely on electronic signals and the expertise of highly trained technicians."

We're in the process of buying a 1940s home and we were concerned about the condition of the sewer pipe and plumbing, considering the house's age. We asked our landlord, who works a lot with plumbers, and she recommended this company. They did a full inspection of the sewer system and found where it went. We were surprised to find out it connected to the city in the backyard and not at the street. They told us the line had been replaced recently and that it was in great condition. I was also able to see this on their monitor during the inspection. What a relief. They also checked whether the storm and rain gutter drains are connected to the sewer system. Then they checked all the plumbing under the house and the fixtures and finished by doing a pressure test to make sure there were no leaks in the pipes. They were really helpful and answered all of our questions. I'd definitely use them again.
