I am in a dead zone for my iPhone and they keep telling me that there is nothing wrong with the cellular service.

Fortunately, I have never had to deal with any major issues with this company. I have been a long time customer because they have offered advanced communication services, before other companies. I can't say they anything bad about them, but I'm not offering them kudos, either.

They need to straighten out their billing service. I recommend the president of AT & T call the information line & see how quickly he gets frustrated. I told them I would stay with them another year providing there is improvement.
