Heating and Air Conditioning Service
The work they did was very good. They were really friendly, professional and prompt. They cleaned up after themselves. Their price was right in line with everybody else s, even though it was a lot. They were competitive. We called them back for a service call and they were really good about coming back. I ve called them since, but haven t got any phone call back. I wonder if they are still in business.

Heater not working. Called around for someone to come out. It was a Saturday and many places were closed. Arctic checked the heating unit and said the motor was not working and they couldn't get a new Trane motor until Monday. They took out the motor and had it tested. It turned out not to be the motor but the circuit board attached to the motor. Unfortunately, the Trane company still wasn't open until Monday. We had to wait the weekend without heat. They came out Monday with the new part and we had heat by the afternoon.

I was not there while the work was being done, but they did a great job! We called them the day before the fourth of July and they came out on the holiday. They were really convent when they came on such short notice. They were also very thorough in their work.

WE RECEIVED AN APPOINTMENT THE SAME DAY. THEY WERE FAST AND EFFICIENT. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN THE NEXT TIME WE HAVE A HEATING OR AIR PROBLEM.
