Amigos Roofing Co

I had a few areas that needed patching (some broken tiles). Amigos Roofing Company came in and did the job. The repair was fine. He was prompt and got the job done in a timely manner. He even did a call back to see if I was satisfied with the work. I was!

The first day they broke the water faucet on the front of the house and had to shut off the water to the entire house. They attempted to fix it and it didn't hold and said they would have to fix it the next morning. I tried arguing with them that I was not going to be inconvenienced because of the mistake they made. The workers spoke very little english and I had a hard time contacting the contractor. Although he didn't return my calls he obviously got my messages and called his workers and told them not to leave until they fixed the water faucet. They finally fixed it around 9:30 p.m. After the first day everything else went smoothly.

My friend at work referred me to them and it just worked out fine. I spent less than $5000 on their services. They worked really hard and they got the job done quicker than I had expected. They consulted me about the issues that I might have and how to remedy them. They put a great roof on and it was done very quickly. They were great.

Gustavo and his team(s) re-roofed and painted the exterior of our house. The workers were exceptional in their attention to detail. Some of the wood trim needed to be replaced and his team did that as well. I was amazed at how quickly everything was done. Three days and all was done. Demolition and preparation of the roof and exterior of the house was on day one.
Day two was painting the house. We ended up changing the color of the paint when they were 1/2 done with the painting. I had only seen a small swatch of the color when I selected it. I didn't think to check the color when they started painting. My husband came home late in the morning, he was very upset with the color. It wasn't the sage green color we had said that we wanted. Gustavo was called and we agreed that they would repaint it for us. We offered to pay for 1/2 of the paint - which we did. The color that we ended up with was exactly what we wanted.
Day three the roofing was done - well, almost. Just a small amount on the roof and some touch up painting needed to be finished on Monday morning - due to some re-wiring that the cable company had to do over the weekend. All was done and cleaned up in about three hours.
Each day the crews took care of cleaning up after themselves. There was no mess after they left. I would recommend Amigos Roofing to anyone. Everyone that has seen our house has said it looks the nicest in the neighborhood. The color of the house and trim look excellent together. The work looks very professional. BTW, Amigos Roofing - Gustavo - is a general contractor and gave us some estimates on several other projects too. As he said, "I can do it all."

I found the guy unprofessional. I would not use him again in the future.
