I was always happy with the care. They were a bit slow in getting you in to see the doctor but it seems to be this way at most places.

It went very well and they did a wonderful job. Dr. Martin listened well and is a fantastic veterinarian. My previous vet had said that my dog needed to have several teeth pulled. Dr. Martin told me that there was no need to pull the teeth and that they just needed to be cleaned.

She saved one of my dogs lives 4 yrs. AGO. I HAVE BEEN WITH HER EVER SINCE. SHE PERFORMED LIFE THREATENING MANOR SURGERY. THE SURGERYCAME OFF WITHOUT A HITCH. I HAVE HAD 3 OTHER SURGERIES DONE BY DR. BRITTO WITH NO COMICATIONS. MY OLDEST BA Y IS 151/2 yrs. OlD. DR. BRITTO  HAS BEEN MY ROCK ON MANY OCCASIONS. IF I HAVE AN EMERGENCY SHE ALWAYS FITS ME IN THE SAME DAY WITH HER. THE HOSPITAL IS EXTREMELY WELL KEPT, VERY CLEAN, AND THE ENTIRE STAFF IS NOTHING BUT PROFESSIONAL. THE STAFF ALWAYS GOES OUT OF THEIR WAY TO BE HELPFUL IN A.YWAY THEY CAN. I WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. THE PRICES ARE HIGH, BUT ABSOLUTELY WORTH THE SERVICES THAT YOU GET.

They're not inexpensive but they're worth it. They're amazing. Dr. Martin is a master.

Brentwood Pet Clinic is a quality operation.  My pets have been patients of Dr. Carvalho for years and I am always impressed with her exceptional knowledge, judgement and compassion.  She explains things very clearly and is always available to answer any questions I have. The front desk staff is always helpful both on the phone and in person.

He is unbelievable!  He was willing do the surgery and took such wonderful care of her.  He just loves animals more than any vet I've ever met.  He is the best surgeon.  I've taken all of my dogs to him for any surgery that they need.  I'd recommend him to anyone.

Needed a Vet that was avaialble on the weekend when our cat became ill. We worked with them for a few weeks on end of life services. They were friendly and decent to work with, however we were surprised with some charges and prices that were not expected or communicated in advance. They did show some flexibility and understood that they failed to explain to us.

Suggest that costs (especially overnight services) are clearly communicated.

Due to scheduling, we were not always able to visit the same Vet, so there was a bit of an issue with continuity of service and knowledge. Followup Vets seemed reluctanct to stick to a plan we had made with our primary care vet, so ended up with a few tests that we preferred not to subject our cat to.

The place is really really good. What I love is it is always busy there. It seems like a lot of people bring their pets there. When you go there, it is almost like a social life with the pets and the staff is really involved in it. The veterinarians seemed liked they really love animals. It is a nice environment. I think the woman that keeps track of the books and stuff has been there for around 20 years. There is not a big turnover. The staff seems to stick around, which is a good sign. They might be a little bit high on their prices.

There is one doctor that I really like and one doctor I dislike. But I feel it is really easy to get in and feel like that the staff cares about our dog. They don’t push things and that they listen to us. I would go there in the future.

Dr. Thorrens is great with cats--she can calm down even the most hysterical feline. I always feel confident that she's making recommendations with the best interests of the patient in mind--she has recommended surgery and thyroid treatment in older cats when she thinks it will significantly prolong and improve the cat's life, but she also has been honest when there is nothing else that can be done. My only qualm is that prices at BPC have been going up and up, beyond the rate of inflation, and I never seem to get out of there with less than a $200 bill and often much, much more. But when I have a sick cat, I want a vet I trust.

The doctor did a full examination, ran a few tests (even did an ultra sound for free) and explained in detail what she thought a good course of action would be. I feel 100% confident in how she approached the problem and she was very approachable and (most importantly) great with my dog. She will follow up in a few days when the test results are in but gave me a game plan to try in the mean time. Their office is a bit outdated (aesthetically) but the quality of care is what matters. I'm sticking with these guys!!

Each time "Dog" saw Dr. Brito she was professional, cheerful and very knowledgeable. It was a great pleasure seeing her each time. I am very pleased with her service. I'm thrilled that their office is open 7 days a week. I highly recommend her. I'm not used to the cost of veterinarian services (I haven't had a dog for 20 years), so I hate to be critical. Nonetheless, it seems like I could run up a pretty high bill quite quickly. I do not think this is any different than other vets, so this is NOT a specific criticism of Brentwood Pet Clinic

Their services have been excellent. They are very responsive, and they call to let you know how your pet is doing. I think they are a little expensive.

Dr. Thorrens, and the rest of the staff at Brentwood Pet Clinic that we have come in contact over the years, is wonderful. We always feel that our dog is in good hands there. She is very knowledgeable and always listens to our concerns. The best part about Brentwood Pet Clinic is that everyone there seems so attentive. On a few occasions we have called in to see if a visit is appropriate or not and we always feel we've been given a truthful response. Additionally, Dr. Thorrens is really great about returning calls left on her voice mail and that kind of personal service is why we continue to be customers. Finally, while the prices they charge are high (compared to other vets in LA), I always feel comfortable paying for a great service and care for my dog.

They have a wonderful facility and take excellent care of my dog.

They are wonderful. My Veterinarian is Dr. Martin. The price was a little high because I left her in for the teeth cleaning. Normally they charge me about 80.00 dollars. I think they are a very good clinic.

They are very comprehensive and they really help us out a lot. We have used them before to board our dog there and they also have full service grooming. We feel very comfortable with our pets there.

I used this company because my regular veterinarian did not have the tools or skills to take on such a big job. I believe I found them through word of mouth, but I would use them again and recommend them to others.

I adopted my dog and wasn't sure of her health so I took her to the Brentwood Animal Clinic. I had a good experience and will always take my animals back there for any problems.

While pricey, the surgery went well, and my dog has completely recovered. You can tell they really love animals, and I trust them with my dog.

I'VE BEEN GOING TO DR. MARTIN AT BRENTWOOD PET CLINIC FOR YEARS--AND HAVE SEEN OTHER MEMBERS OF HIS PRACTICE, AS WELL. HE AND HIS FRIENDLY TEAM HAVE ALWAYS TAKEN TOP-NOTCH CARE OF MY POOCHES.

THEY ARE WONDERFUL. THEY BROUGHT ONE DOG BACK FROM THE DEAD AFTER BEING HIT BY A CAR. THEY ALSO FIXED ITS LEGS SO IT COULD WALK. I REALLY TRUST THIS VET. THEY ARE TERRIFIC OVER THERE. THEY CAN BE QUITE BUSY, THOUGH.
