I own a 4 -unit apt. building in which the previous owners did un-permitted construction, so I was cited by the Los Angeles housing dept. to bring the whole building up to code. I worked with Eli and Uzi and explained my predicament. They immediately made me feel at ease and said that this was nothing to stress about and told me they would take care of everything and handle the building inspectors. The time frame was 3 weeks at the most and they kept to the schedule exactly. They were prompt, professional and easy to get along with. They handled the inspector with finesse and won him over, which is very important. They saved me from lots of drawn out drama with the city. THANK YOU!!

Fantastic. Frank and Jr were our crew, and they were fantastic. Everything went up smoothly and quickly, and stayed in budget. Eli was always available by phone for questions, and Frank was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They both were very accommodating when we were changing our minds on design, and helped us think of the advantages and disadvantages of our changes. Frank even helped teach my husband how to build a fence while they were working on the deck. I couldn't recommend a better team. Will definitely use them again.
