This company cleaned our condo approximately 10 times. Initially they sent an excellent crew. We were assured this would be our regular crew. After a couple weeks our initial team was changed without explanation. After this our service became erratic. On various occasions they: cancelled our regular appointment without explanation; sent half a crew but didn't put in any extra time; showed up late and left early. Basically, their service kept deteriorating but their price did not. No matter how many people they sent or how little they worked, they wanted to be paid according to our original agreement. We let things go for awhile since they had been so good at the start, but once we started trying to address the problems things went from bad to worse. They seemed unable to comprehend why we would not want to pay the price for two cleaners when they only sent one to work the same amount of time. The crew kept changing and they showed up hours late so we had to wait around all day to let them in (since crews changed so often we never got comfortable enough to give them a key). Finally, we told them we would no longer use them . . . and a couple weeks later they charged our credit card for another cleaning. When we noticed and asked them to reverse the charge they didn't respond. After waiting for a week and emailing several times we were forced to report the fraudulent charge to our card company. I'm not sure what is wrong with this company. They seemed good at the start. Now I can only recommend that you avoid getting involved with them.
