We werent able to use their service, sadly. But I would definitely use them in the future.

The whole staff was friendly and professional.  I think I got a good price considering it was a structural wall that they had to remove inside the house.  They got to work quickly, and finished the project in about a week and a half.  The work was professional and the end product was well done.  Some communication problems in terms of when they would arrive on certain days, but nothing major.  I would work with them again.

The result looks great, with a polished concrete countertop and stucco walls.  I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the price.  Plus, Shai is good to work with because he always keeps you informed about what is going on and works with you to schedule appointments.  Shai is a straightforward guy who really wants to make you happy.  He did a good job not only building what I wanted, but helping me with aesthetic and design choices.  I would recommend SoCal Construction to a friend.

This was a highend project that could have easily cost me 30% more (compared to the other estimates I got). They purchased the cabinets and coordinated every thing. Installed the cabinets in the kitchen and everything just fit great.I am very happy with the way they did the work and the way they responded and took care of my concerns and comments.

I liked the fact that all communication regarding the project was done through Shai, the owner. They have asked and instruct both me and their site manager not to discuss detail in an effort to avoid any miscommunication. The owner has always bee non top of every thing I have asked him,
I love the idea that they had to ask me to move faster with my decisions regarding material and not me running after them.
