Description of Work: We found so cal construction through home advisor. I submitted a request on home advisor and within 30 minutes Joe got in touch with me and spent 20 minutes talking to me getting to know what I need and scheduled an appointment with us. He was very friendly and very professional. He spent so much time meeting with us and helping us in so many different ways even before we committed ourselves to them. Joe was very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. It was such a shame for us that we werent able to work with him for this project but I would definitely use him again in the future. Thank you Socal for going above and beyond to help us! Even after we weret able to use them, Joe would still call and check up on us and always willing to help.

Description of Work: Took down an interior, structural wall. Inserted new support beam in attic. Put in drywall as needed to have paint ready.

Description of Work: This was an excellent service in every way. I was looking for someone who was creative and I found him- not at all a typical contractor. Shay, the owner, came to my home and gave me a quote on Wednesday and the job was started and finished on Saturday. They took my 1960's concrete fireplace hearth grinded it down, stained and polished it.... now it looks 2020!!! My fireplace hearth looks absolutely amazing.

Description of Work: SoCal Construction, in particular owner Shai, designed and built for me a very nice outdoor countertop for my built-in grill on my back patio.

Description of Work: I hired Socal Construction to do a major remodeling work in my condo. The work included new flooring with sound insulation, designing and remodeling my kitchen and my 2 bathrooms. Repaint the whole condo and install new windows. The removed all the old cabinets and carpeting, demolished the 2 bathrooms. They have used a great plumber and electrician to do these trades. The have laid down the sound insulation after consulting a sound engineer and installed the flooring. Shai (the owner and supervisor) has sat down with me before the work and designed with me both the kitchen and the bathrooms. His advise and resources saved me a lot of money.

Description of Work: I have hired socal construction after a friend has recommended them to me. I hired them for a complete rehab of a property I got. They had to demolish kitchen and bathroom, replace part of the foundation, redo the walls and flooring. They have designed my kitchen, bought and installed an Ikea kitchen for me. the did the concrete counters as well and re did the bathrooms. That included new tile installation, custom shower doors and marble work. The house looks brand new and quality of work and communication was excellent !!!
