The entire team here at Restoration 1 of West Hollywood is phenomenal. Kim is very insightful to the process and what homeowners are going through, and walks with you step by step through the process, with an empathetic ear, and determination to make you whole. Ray came out to do the estimate, and do the remediation. He went out of his way to help, and is very knowledgeable to the process and how to get you back to where you need to be. He was there every step of the way answering questions, and making sure to keep me in the loop with anything and everything regarding the process. I cannot recommend Kim, Ray, and the entire team at Restoration 1 highly enough. They really came through, and made a disastrous process very navigable and pain free as could be.
