We decided to put our condo up for sale after we had been renting a house while the condo was being remodeled. We had been thinking about it for a while and being displaced into a larger space was the catalyst for our decision. So, we called Randy who had sold us the condo 8 years earlier. We were nervous because of the economy and it seemed we were selling at the worst time. Randy was amazing. He knows the market incredibly well. We wanted to sell it for a bit more than Randy suggested but decided to take his advice and it sold in 2 days! We got an amazing offer. Within a week we found a beautiful home and Randy was on top of every detail. Both escrows closed within the same month and we are now moving into our new home. Randy made sure everything was taken care of and helped our home selling and buying experience was as smooth and painless as possible.
