Maid to Serve You

Anna was very accommodating. She wanted to know exactly what I needed to have done and explained to her crew in Spanish what I needed. She also came while the crew was working to make sure they were doing the job properly. The only problem was with the language barrier, but were eventually able to communicate. Anna's husband also runs the home improvement division of their business, and he was able to repair an electrical problem. He was very diligent about making sure the problem was repaired.

I called mid-week and was very pleased that they were able to make an appointment to come on Sunday. The two cleaners were dropped off almost an hour late, but I chalk that up at least as much to a miscommunication on my part as a lack of professionalism on theirs. Overall, I was pretty happy with the job - it was a whole lot better than I would have been able to do, and it economical for the price, but there were a few disappointing things that keep me from rating it better. First, I had a lot of difficulty communicating with the cleaners. Although both were friendly, their English was extremely limited. This communication gap got in the way a few times. Also, they used water on my wood floors, and at the end of the day, I found it was still dusty under my beds and on windowsills and door-ledges. After six hours I was surprised to find that in my small house. Also, they tidied up the one room I had said not to bother with. I would rather they dusted the doors.

It went pretty well. The cleaners were both very nice and professional. They did a good job cleaning. I did ask them to redo one of the bathroom floors, which I think they initially forgot to do, but overall we were happy with the results, and they cleaned at a good pace. It took about 3 hours to do a 2300 sq. foot house.

OK, the ladies were late one time and didn't show another BUT when they did show up they did a great job!

I only wanted an hour service on primarily the small bathroom with any leftover time spent on the kitchen. They came a half-hour late and tried to spend more than an hour, though I clearly stated I only wanted an hour. I had another appointment to get to. The two ladies were polite, but didnt understand my time constraint very well. They did a good job on the bathroom and kitchen. Paying for this service with a credit card was a hassle, as their machine was broken and they wanted to charge me more than the agreed on price which they eventually honored. The administration and poor responsiveness and punctuality cause me to not want to use their service again, though the ladies themselves did a good job.

Overall the service was ok.

Mariam answered the phone and was extremely pleasant, professional, and helpful. With unexpected guests coming, I needed someone quickly -- within 24 hours. She had a crew here within two hours! Pleasant, thorough, terrific communication skills, and did everything requested and did it well. Wont be trying any more services as this one is perfect for my needs. Took a credit card over the phone, too. Took a GENUINE interest in providing excellent customer service. Highly recommended. A+++

THEY BROUGHT A MAID DIRECT TO MY HOUSE AND THEY PICKED HER UP. THE MAID WAS VERY RESPECTFUL, AND WAS INFORMED WHAT SHE WAS GOING TO DO BEFORE SHE DID IT.
