Vince (the manager) at Maid in the USA is so professional and responsive on the phone and e-mail - great customer service.
The cleaning was spectacular. They sent over Lupe and Maria who were both very friendly, on-time and they really hustled with the clean. Little things like the tops of the ceiling fans were wiped down, they moved all the knick-knacks on our shelves to wipe rather than just wipe around, vacuumed and mopped under the sofas, cleaned the inside of the fridge, wiped down the window sills, all stuff that prior maids never paid attention to.
Great quality, great service, very fair pricing. You guys rock.
Because I did not receive a response from Mark, and Maid in the USA was scheduled to clean my other home (and I was going to spend $360!!!) I called Mark on Sunday. He answered, responding that he was out of town, received my email and apologized. He didn't offer much other than he would have a word with his local team to make sure that my other house would be spotless. That was it. After this phone call, Mark never called or emailed me to see how the 2nd house went or to make amends for not cleaning my first house. What happened to customer service?
Before the team started work on my 2nd house, I made it very clear to them that I was unhappy with the prior job. Crissy was extremely apologetic and didn't offer any excuses. She then offered to come back to my new house to clean for free once we were moved it. (Mark never followed up on this.) Crissy sincerely seemed sorry and I appreciated her gesture.
Thankfully, they did a very good job with the 2nd house and spent extra time make sure everything was sparkling. My husband walked through every room, making sure that everything had been covered. So in summary, they did a terrible job with the first house, a great job with the second house, and the owner never addressed the problem with the first house. I at least would have appreciated a phone call.
