I usually don't write reviews but feel a moral obligation to warn others against ever using this con artist. He is a one person operation. He will tell you he has a "company" but no he is simply one person. He is a terrible designer, has no license, and no moral values. He will take your money, pretend to do work. Pretend to go talk to the city and always has "updates". Almost a year later I finally went to the city to check and they said they have never seen this guy come in to ask any questions. I am now out of thousands of dollars that I am trying to recoup from John Ibe (his other name is John Onuoha, John Ibezim Onuoha, John Ibe. He goes by various other entities such as Ibe design. Please be careful he has burned so many others in the past.

Do Not Hire this company for design and architecture work. Very unprofessional. John Ibe did not complete the permit work and delayed it for a year. Stopped responding for. last 3 months..
