I had to get a light fixture repaired at my parents house. When I set up the appointment his arrival window was only an hour, and he arrived right at the start of that hour. I didn't have to wait for hours or all day like other companies. He was very prompt. He repaired a tricky light fixture for me by removing the 'guts' of the old one and replacing with the new 'guts' that I had provided. It was a very cleaver trick. It took him less than an hour, no mess was made. This is second time I've had the opportunity to work with Steve and when I need another electrician I will call him.

Steve Gold is the best electrician I've found in Los Angeles. We have lived in two multi-unit buildings, served on the HOA of one, and I wish we had known about All Electrical Solutions back then. I wanted an owner/operator, licensed, professional, clean, courteous electrician who wouldn't try to oversell me and also took pride in a job well done. That's Steve! I usually handle all the house repairs since its easier for me to take time off work than my husband, and I'm always fighting the battle of the male contractor versus the 'lady of the house' talking-down drama, but Steve treated me with nothing but respect. I've managed multiple renovations, both small and large scale, so I know a few things but I still ask questions so I'm clear about what's going on with the job, no matter how small. Steve is a great communicator and does excellent work. We moved into a 1926 house with old two prong outlets. He replaced every outlet fairly quickly, without leaving a mess behind him. Before he removed even one outlet cover he said, and quot;I'll do my best not to chip this paint but just in case, do you have extra paint for touch ups?and quot; I knew he cared about the work he was doing and he didn't chip a thing. I also did not feel the need to watch over him which was a giant stress relief, he always let me know what he was doing/was going to do before he did it - and that was so very appreciated. He also inspected the electrical panel and any visible wiring. I had a few concerns about some old damage (a burned garage door opener, random wires hanging loose, an old electrical panel, a timer with wild wires, etc) and he inspected every one, explained what they were/had been used for, and made sure nothing was live/dangerous. He even labeled the new electrical panel outside that had been left blank by the previous electrician, informed me which outlets were on which circuit, and that it would most likely trip the breaker if I ran a vacuum and a hair dryer at once (I have yet to perfect that multi-tasking trick). He was well-spoken, educated, polite, professional in demeanor and appearance, and overall awesome. He even emails, which is great because I don't always have time to take a phone call at work, and I was able to send photos of the outlets needing to be replaced (he brought the new outlet covers and I paid for the supplies). I highly recommend his services and would hire him again. Even though mine was a relatively small job, I felt like a number one customer.

Steve is one of the most professional people that I have dealt with. I have used him a number of times and he is always punctual, friendly and does the job right first time. I wouldn't use any other electrician.

Steve (the owner/main electrician) is an efficient, honest, smart, well-mannered professional in every way. He shows up on time, his pricing is fair (good) and he always leaves the work area cleaner than when he arrived.
I'm a partner in a property investment company (as well as a homeowner) and out of all the other electricians I have contracted for numerous jobs, he is the only one that I have hired more than once (for the simple reasons stated above).
Bottom line: when you need an electrician, All Electrical Solutions is as good and easy to work with as it comes.
**I should also note that they accept credit cards (where not many other contracted companies do)

I arranged the service appointment by email, which was convenient. Steve showed up on time and performed the work flawlessly. He was pleasant and professional and took the time to explain things, which I appreciated. The price was fair. I would use this company again.
