The workman that did the did the demo ended up being the worker who did the plumbing, painting, everything. He did not speak English and I could not communicate with him. He could not read the directions to install the faucet and the hot water did not get hooked up correctly. I am going to the licensing board to complain. I chose them because I thought they were going to do a really nice job. They were one of the more expensive estimates I received. When I talked to these people I told them I would pay 90% and someone called from their collection dept and told me they would put a lien on my house and they told me "remember I know where you live". I guess they were threatening. If they would have done the job the way they agreed to I would have happily paid them in full.
