Turn-Key Real Property Management
About us
Turn-Key offers an advanced way to refine communication between parties, improve overall customer service and assist landlords in what can be a very demanding and stressful business. This platform will save property owners up to 60 percent in costs and will help restore a sense of trust between renters and property owners. Since Turn-Key takes on and handles the operational cost and maintenance, Turn-key also includes monitoring and performing multi-year inspections during the tenancy to predict future possible damages to the property to prevent major issues. Our inspections team and CEO has over 15 years of residential new construction, development, and remodeling experience, and Mr. Malka holding a general construction B license since 2006.
