I was referred by another Angie's List plumber. Call back in a couple hours (Saturday of holiday week) I was in no hurry, but since he was available that afternoon, we made an appointment. Bill arrived right on time, very professional and the work was excellent. Highly recommend The Water Guy!

When Bill arrived he was completely professional and was very willing to explain things to me to ensure understanding. He asked me first if I wanted to go the route he suggested before doing the work. And I am very glad I did. The system has been working great since then - not leaks and no noise. Till then it had been driving me crazy and I was ready to pull the whole thing out - thankfully Bill saved the day! And he did not charge an arm and a leg! I would absolutely call him again for work on this system and recommend him to my friends. Super pleased with the experience.

He was referred by an angie's list plumber. The plumber said he uses Bill Hageman for all reverse osmosis installations. Bill does custom reverse osmosis and Carbon Filtration installation and Ice Maker Hookups too. He was a total professional and the only one I will use in the future to maintain my system.
